Quick Labor Day trip. Hotel was in a great location. Easy check in. Had the battery light on the thermostat blinking, told the front desk and they sent someone immediately to get it changed. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and also the free breakfast buffet was great. Tons of options and they kept it clean and full. Would definitely stay here again. Only heads up would be that the snacks you pay for by the front desk don’t seem to be fresh. Chips were stale and my husband got an ice cream that he said tasted old.

Perfect location. Short walk to I drive where you can then take a tourist bus named I ride , $10 for a 3 day pass, and you are a short distance to so many nice restaurants and local attractions, including Sea World and Aquatica. The breakfast was awesome and the pool nice and clean for a day of relaxation, or a break from the parks. We had a great stay.

The front desk people were the best thing about this hotel. Had good experiences with two of them. Just helpful, friendly and good problem solvers. The hotel itself feels like it needs a rehab. Just didn't feel as clean and nice as mot Hampton Inns. I paid a lot for the room because of the big conference that was going on. It wasn't terrible but I would stay somewhere else next time.

Staff was great! AC in my room was not working well, they sent maintenance in morning while I was gone (as agreed) couldn’t be fixed. Moved me to equally sized room and on same floor so was convenient to move all my things. I was traveling alone & had extra cases for convention & was there for 4 nights. Staff was helpful and great input for options aim the area for getting around if I didn’t want to drive myself or take shuttle. Would book again next year!
