Reasonably good spot, but the parking you can pay for through the hotel was WAAAY too far away. Relatively clean. Wouldn't suggest paying extra for an extra person on the sofa bed - it was old and saggy, meaning an average sleep.

Our stay was comfortable, overall we enjoyed the accomodation. Conditioner was empty though, so had to go buy some.bench hadn’t been wiped when we arrived and had dirty splashes on it. Was a lot of outside noise.

Good: comfortable bed, quiet room, convenient location, kitchenette. Not good: no saucepan (only two old frypans), missing bit of bar fridge so taller containers (such as milk) could not be put in door and did not fit on fridge shelves, uncomfortable couch, bed sheets done wrong, no winter doona or blanket (only summer weight), others I’ve forgotten.

Great location in the city centre area. Plenty of food options, nice small balcony to watch the street activity, close to trams, easy to find, easy in/out of building, felt secure/safe, very spacious unit, could feel the city vibe.

The property is not located in a nice area of the CBD. It looks like a nice area online, but when you arrive, it is very dirty and not a nice smell. The reception also had a terrible smell when we entered. Staff failed to advise there was vomit that needed to be cleaned in the elevator area before we had already paid for our stay. We decided to not even stay in the accommodation and we found another location. Would not recommend staying here. For the price per night, it is definitely not worth staying.

Property was clean except had an odd smell about it. The property was just missing some final details. We had booked for 6 but was only given 4 towels, and the amount of coffee and sugar was only enough for 1 day, and there was none of those mini milks in the fridge. I was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was clean, had kitchen ware and utensils. Washing machine and a drying rack were welcome., Toaster also available.It is a small space, but we only needed somewhere to sleep,and shower. The only negative comment is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but it won't stop me from staying here again. I loved the location, couple of minutes walk from tram, it was very easy to find.close to markets, very close to Melb central shopping centre, various eating places nearby. I will definitely be staying here again, it's my new Melb go to! A big thankyou to Nishtha for a nice welcome, and quick check in .

Staff were polite and courteous. Location was great and apartment was clean. There could be clearer signage on where to check in - check in was in a side Office labeled City Edge apartments rather than Comfort apartments which caused some confusion.
