Everything about our stay at the Alohilani was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in we were wowed by the decor and the staff’s attention. John was the one who checked us in, he was great and made us feel extra special since it was our honeymoon. All the amenities were amazing from the pool to the gym to the daily activities and especially the longboard club! All staff members were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean the bed was very comfortable and everything was quite literally perfect. Mahalo Alohilani team, we will definitely be staying here again.

We came as two couples with 2 rooms, our friends with the more expensive room found other people still in the room after they checked in and went up. Our AC died on the second night and we had to be moved. The new room had a malfunctioning toilet, which was fixed asap. The AC was freezing and we couldn’t get it to lower. We kept the lanai door open to ease the cold. The staff at swell was really wonderful, especially the young man waiter. He’s like 20, Asian mix, sorry can’t remember his name but he took amazing care of us!
