Lovely hotel
Received a very warm snd friendly welcome when we drove up. Reception check-in seemed to have a long process even though we had already paid. Reception area beautiful and are still renovating in certain areas, but we had a heads up and did not affect our stay at all. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Shower did spill all over the floor, so make sure a towel is down otherwise could be very dangerous.

Thank you to Crowne Plaza for making my special birthday so wonderful. Janice at check in was so helpful and was so overwhelmed when they delivered complementary Champagne for my celebrations. All staff and Hotel was amazing . Thank you so much !

What a find!!
The room was immaculately clean, very comfortable, robes and slippers available if you wish. A nesspresso coffee maker and comfortable king bed not two singles joined together. It was a very comfortable stay.

We had a good time however the noise and constant banging of doors throughout the night made it impossible to sleep. Someone staying next door was extremely loud. So leaving our 3 kids for the night to have some well earned rest ended up being the worst sleep we've had in a long time. We were also told to park in a car park which was close by for $13. When we asked was it $13 each they, the man said it was that price until we left the following day. However when went to pay for the car parking the price was doubled even though we had been there less than 24hrs. I felt like we had been misinformed about the price of parking. He assured is it would only be $13 until we had left the following day which it was not.
