The room was dirty. There was dust and crumbs behind furniture and appliances. The bed sheets were stained and dusty. There were cockroaches and other bugs coming out of the cracks in the walls and ceiling.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly when we first arrived but he gave us 2 rooms that were dirty and hadn’t been clean, the carpets and bathrooms were dirty and this was for myself and my family. We left this hotel and stayed at another hotel.

My biggest disappointment was the fact that Expedia even had this property on their list of hotels. We needed to stay in the Lightfoot area of Williamsburg,Virginia and it was a very busy weekend. When I tried to book there were basicaly only a couple of options.. This was the closest hotel available to where we needed to be. My wife killed at least 8 roaches, two of three lights were broken in the bedroom, the towel rack and toilet paper holders were both broken. Generally speaking, the room was in terrible condition. I am reconsidering any future use of Expedia.

Had to request my money back and promptly went to another area hotel. Homeless people live under the stairs, condom wrappers, burn holes in the nonsmoking rooms, walls were splattered and gross. Just don’t even look at this place.

Horrible and disgusting property. Room was filthy, smelly, and sheets were stained. The low price and friendly staff are not worth the stay. Spend a little more and get something worth your money. Unless you’re on drugs or just don’t care, go somewhere else.

If you're looking for a place to stay for a night, then this will work. If you're looking for a place with a lot of amenities and luxury, there are better options in the area. I did see families there, so it's not a horrible or scary place. The staff was very pleasant and check-in was easy. The lights by the bed were broken, and the light above the sink did not work. Overall, the place suited my needs for the night. Think about your budget and how much you actually need.

The non-smoking room was fumigated with smoke and weed scent, there was a crack in the tub (hidden by the placemat in the tub), the bathroom light fixture was full of dead roaches, and the other tenants would argue all hours of the night. Not to mention the trains via the train tracks right next to the hotel. Would not recommend staying here again.
