It’s a great location with lots of things around it, but it’s pretty worn out and dingy in some places (cracked ceiling in the bath tub, very worn mattresses, etc) It was didn’t seem ‘dirty’ but didn’t feel clean - if that makes sense. For a quick stay or if location is priority, it’s worth it. But next time I’ll pay a few more bucks to stay in the hotel next door.

Property was easy to find. Upon check in the staff were very friendly and helpful. I knew from other reviews, but they offer valet parking for $58 per night, which we utilized. Hotel itself was in ok condition. We travel a lot for family trips and stay in a lot of hotels. Paint was chipped and peeling in some areas. Lights and noise from the city were to be expected but we didn’t get much sleep as a result. We did have a very nice view from our room. No free breakfast. Overall it suited our needs.

No breakfast or swimming pool. Limited street parking. Hotel garage parking next door if you want to pay 55 a night. Located right off Michigan Ave. Affordable and convenient for visiting Lake Michigan sights. 3 blocks the other way are all sorts of good restaurants and night.
