It was so relaxing.. At first I didn’t like how we were far from the front but it worked out fine. We had our own pool area close to our room, there was barely anyone there. One night I was all alone. Very relaxing.

Our home is very huge, clean and bed is comfortable. This hotel is last on the hotel strip were we like cause it’s quite . Bus is just outside if you want to go out and explore the hotel strip. Safe area cause we saw a lot of police drive around the strip.

Fulfilled! Amazing vacation!

When I tell you Westin Cancun owes me nothing I mean it. We literally had the best time waking up everyday to see and hear the beautiful ocean. The resort had everything you needed and was located close to a lot of other places. The only thing I will say is they will try to get you to join their club and be an owner and that can be a little frustrating when they don’t take no for an answer. Also it is a bit pricey at this particular resort so be mindful of that. Definitely have pesos on hand versus USD.

A lot of mold. Had to change our room, it was better, but still moldy. We slept without AC and open windows to get the smell out. Service staff was friendly and tried. Restaurant staff seemed stressed and unfriendly.
