Older hotel, but maintained well. Rate is cheap, but they will also upcharge you on little things like plastic cutlery. Very nice and helpful staff!

The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a free transfer bus to Universal parks. The place looks as if it needs a refresh. The outdoor walkway canopy was missing, rooms were cleaned every two days.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful on check-in and also getting us help when we needed it. The rooms are a touch dated and the AC unit was struggling and loud (despite being a cooler Florida day), but for the location and the price, it could be far worse. I would stay here again.

Room was clean, AC was fantastic. Bathroom was tiny, though sink was outside of it.

We like that daily they changed out the towels and trash. Room was pretty clean. Bathroom is extremely small but doable as the sink is separated from the toilet and tub. Great place to stay if you are spending long days at the parks. So close to Universal Studios and EPIC which was nice. Several food options near by too.

Good hotel on International Drive, close to the parks. Bonus is the free shuttle bus. Staff excellent. Bad - car parking fees and dated but not a red line.
