Very close to universal parks lots of food choices and shopping also cute ice cream stand across street are toilet wouldn't stop running after first time using it i called right away maintenance was there within 10 minutes and fixed it with a new part very clean nice staff we had rental.car but the shuttle was easier and saved us the 45 dollars parking at universal wod stay here again next time

The only thing I would change is maybe busses running a couple of times through the day for the parks..once u get to the park u r stuck all day. I normally stay on property at universal but needed budget friendly option. This was wonderful. Staff was warm and welcoming and SUPER helpful. Especially my girl Marie! Very clean but starting to get worn down in the bathrooms in room. Pool was clean and had towels available. Halloween themed bar was closed when I went down a few times on Saturday evening which was a bummer. Will definitely be staying again!

Our staff was only for one night. We chose this hotel and I stay overnight before our cruise. Overall, I give it a 7/10. This was my first time staying here in 10 years so a lot has changed. The hibachi restaurant next-door is closed and I don’t remember having to get in a security gate but that was a plus for security wise. It’s close to a lot of other restaurants, entertainment, and actually not too far from the Icon park, all within walking distance to be exact. This hotel has a nice pool and anan arcade for kids and it also has a store where you could buy last-minute items on the inside. I would say again.
