A great play to stay!
This is a very nice place to stay - the property has been comfortably renovated and is a very nice place to stay if you are visiting the LA area, close to shops and restaurants. I loved the pool and the breakfasts and the fact that many of the LA fire victims are staying there with their beloved pets. That made me especially happy.

My stay was great. Jen (I believe was her name) at the front desk was so kind. I got sick while on my trip and extended my stay and she was so helpful and showed concern for me. She even remembered later asked me how I was feeling later when i went to get rekeyed.

I had my handicapped son with me. They upgraded us to two suites which was great. The only suggestions I have is that you would have to open the bedroom door, put the wheelchair through and then close it again to get to the bathroom. Perhaps another grab bar could be put in the tub along with side. I could not get the chair between the bed and dresser in the other bedroom.

Service was very good, room was excellent with the exception that the walls seemed very thin, I could hear next door and upstairs and outside, even though there were not any particularly loud things going on. When people passed the windows and were talking my first thought was the windows must be open I could hear them so clearly (the windows don't open). Other than that everything was perfect!

A great place to stay with lots of space
The rooms were very spacious which included two separate bedrooms each with a full bathroom. A sitting area to watch television and a kitchen that included a full size refrigerator, large microwave and a cook top stove. Several dishes, pots and pans and food containers were provided. Very helpful when staying for an extended period of time and saving money on eating at a restaurant every night The breakfast was slightly above average with different main items each day. The food area is a little tight and hard to maneuver around when there are a good amount of people there. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the outdoor fire pit was especially nice to sit near on a cool evening. The rooms could be slightly updated however they were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The walk in shower showers were nice. The only negative thing was there are no smart televisions, so you can not access Netflix etc, except on your personal devises.
