Shower access is difficult, hair dryer is old, elevators were slow. Room was amazing and comfortable, bed was great and the view of city hall was beautiful!! Most of all was the friendly staff and the location (close to metro, tivoli gardens and museums). Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

The overall stay was good. The breakfast price is unreasonable, so we didn’t book this from the hotel but used many great options in the city. Heating in the bathroom was weak although I turned on the heater to a max. grade. The bed was very much uncomfortable. The hotel is however very good located in the very center of the city, all main points can be reached by walking. There is also a bar in the hotel with affordable prices (was full every evening) and exceptionally friendly and efficient service. The hotel is fine for short (1-2 days) stays.

Sad that you need your own device to be able to see (crome cast) TV. I could understand if it was a low cost hotel. TV program services should be mandatory in a hotel like this. I will chose another hotel next time.
