Really good location, rooms and hotel were a bit dated/industrial and quite dark. Could have been cleaner, some parts were dusty and dirty, but not the worst I’ve seen seen, appeared short staffed but did what they could. Never saw bar open. If price was 30% lower then it would probably meet expectations, and another 0.5 to 1 star more, but depends what you value more.

A lovely hotel, great location and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. My room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would expect, with bonus free mini bar for the first night and a welcome drink. I would definitely stay here again!

Good sized room and bathroom. Complimentary prosecco and beer. Continental breakfast included. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks in the room included. Staff were excellent, even loaning us an umbrella as Melbourne weather is unpredictable. Great location in CBD. Excellent value for money

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Adelphi. It was a fun looking hotel, very close to everything. Parking building next door, and had a cool vibe with the artwork and decor. Breakfast was a nice touch, too.

Very quiet, an interesting and modern decor. Great bed, yummy treats, great bathroom - only drawback not sure I want to see myself in a mirror while showering.
Very impressive continental breakfast included.
