The shuttle took an hour and a half to come, after three phone calls. We paid our tab after eating at bar, and they charged us again, by deducting from deposit. We asked for a trash can with a liner...I went down to ask again, never got it. We asked for towels, did not get them until my Husband went downstairs. No apologies, no call from Manager (whom they said would call me after being charged twice, and no offer of compensation, for the bad service..i.e. breakfast, NOTHING. Im disappointed.
