The lobby is probably the only clean and decent spot in the entire place. Once you get upstairs, the place is dirty and smells! I initially booked two rooms for two nights each to accommodate our family and another but cancelled one room prior to the cancellation date allowed. When I showed up, the two rooms had already been charged to my card and I was told I’d have to take it up with hotels.com to get my money back. I was also charged for two parking spots, when we only used one. The room had something splattered on the wall- looked like blood! Not sure what it was, but it was definitely gross. The bathroom lock was broken and the bathroom fan made a loud annoying sound. There was also a peach or nectarine seed on the floor!! At checkout time, the manager said he’d talk to the other manager and figure out the issues regarding the refund for one room. So far I have only received my deposit back but the room charges are still on my card. I don’t recommend this place.

Staff were very nice. But when I checked in the room I first got had the strongest smell of bleach, gave e instant headache. The manger was nice enough to change my room. Another thing was the breakfast part. I had purposely chose this hotel because of the free breakfast, I understand due to COVID things changed but they should have mentioned something when I was checking in. Their breakfast was in a brown paper bag, inside was a muffin, granola bar and water.

Very good 8.0
Met the need for affordable overnight stay.
QuikTrip to see my daughter that lives locally in San Diego. I am from Big Bear and this met all my requirements considering I am handicapped. Was a little surprised that there was a table sort of in my way to make it to the bathroom. A little readjustment and always good.

Pleasant Stay
The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful! We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast as it was pretty much the same meal for 4 days. It just changed from sausage patties to links and a different batter was added for the waffles. Parking was a bit tricky for larger vehicles.

The bathroom felt a little dated, the tub faucet leaked all night, & it was a little weird having the coffee machine in the bathroom. But overall it was a pleasant stay. The check in employee & the employee working in the breakfast lounge were very nice.

Not a recommended hotel
I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel! Look elsewhere. The only thing that this hotel has going for them is the breakfast. Parking was tight. Front desk staff was very robotic (just used to saying the same thing over and over to every guest). The room was so tight and out dated. A/C unit was up against a bed which made the other side of the room hot.

Very disappointed with my stay, the bedding had soiled blood stain the floor not clean.the door window has multiple hand prints. When I showed the pick of the spikes linen I got nothing in return? Will never stay at this hotel again

Breakfast was good. Didn't get the room I booked.
Was staying me and my toddler, booked a one bedroom and baby crib. I called the day before to confirm a baby bed would be setup when we arrived. Got in after midnight local time, baby bed was not setup in room. Was a single suite, not one-bedroom setup. Staff was nice, setup baby bed, I didn't raise one-bedroom issue. I think he was trying to give me a single king bed as a comp, but I was coming from the east coast and didn't have the energy to move or risk waking the toddler up any more then needed. Breakfast was good. Building is a little worn.

Not so Much!
Upon entry to room, there was a bad smell every time. The hotel also charges $12.00 daily for parking, which was concealed from booking page. Cable TV cuts in and out every 3-5 seconds.

Good 6.0
There was no wifi at all in the room , only in office ( lobby) . I stayed 5 days , already paid before coming to San Diego . I wish I paid one night only so I could check another hotel. The location was good , cleaning was okay. Was noisy from other people . Breakfast and service was very good .
