Top hotel with top service
This was a lovely clean hotel . The room has a separate lounge area which was a pleasant change to a bed and a tv! The hotel had all the facilities a weary traveler could ask for. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, yoghurts, waffles and even two hot dishes each day. This may be a little dated but it is well maintained

There is no quality and no space in these "suites". Between bed and table, there is exactly enough room for one person to walk. It is crowded and not comfortable. The bedbunk uncomfortable and nothing luxurious. These rooms are completely outdated. Good part is the heated pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary coffee and tea. Parking is additional at $12 per night. Breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, bacon...all bland and no flavor. Breads and pastries with one toaster that is old. Waffle makers are a nice addition. Flavors include chocolate, blueberry, and original. Juices, milk, coffee (way too light and weak) and tea. Oatmeal and cereal. Breakfast ends at 10am...way too early. Will never stay there again. Front desk ladies were friendly but wasn't wowed by their hospitality or unenthused greeting...Next...welcome...checking in? 2 nights $300....its worth was more like $150. They got me, their pictures fooled me. Lesson learned. 336 sq ft is quite small. Oh, and if you're on 1st or 2nd floor, you'll hear stomping galore. Luckily, hotel helped us and told them to stop in order for us to finally get some sleep.

Slamming doors
Employees were great. Overall cleanliness was ok. The hallway could have been much cleaner. Theee were restaurant advertisements all over. Very dated hotel room. I don’t understand why they would leave a huge entertainment center in the room after replacing the old style tv with a flat screen. Just get rid of it! It would improve the property immediately. Bed was very very firm, and felt like it didn’t have much padding. Linens were clean and smelled good, but were very scratchy feeling. The duvet top sheet was nasty. The absolute worst part of my stay was that every guest room in our hallway slammed. That means anytime someone went in or out of their room it would wake me up. I got a total of 4 hours of sleep the 2 nights I was there.

Small rooms for bunk beds
The one thing that we chose this hotel was because of the bunk bed room they offer, once we arrived to the hotel and check in, we realize the room was way to small, specially when you have little ones. We talked with George in the front desk he was more than helpful and really listened to our concerned. He was able to move us to another room which is was much larger w/no bunk beds but we made it worked. I really think that if George was not so accommodating our stay would of being much worst. The pool is heated even do it was cold the temp inside the pool was nice. The rooms are very outdated and in need of desperate cost of paint. The carpets looked a bit dirty. But the beds were very soft and comfortable.
