YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!!
This was a very pleasant surprise. Staff was amazing and accommodating above and beyond. Rooms were clean, up to date and very tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Many additional amenities were provided with a coffee and tea bar, along with soaps, lotions and shampoos in the bathroom. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Taylor Swift weekend
This was our first time to stay at The Pelham hotel. The front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated with Taylor Swift decor which was really fun for my daughter. Check in was super easy. The location is very close to lots of different things. The Ruby Slipper is right next and a great breakfast/brunch place. The room was nice and clean and had lots of extras. We would definitely stay here again. I wish we could’ve stayed longer this time

We enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again. There were restaurants close by and we were a short walk to the French quarter. The day staff were super friendly and very pleasant. The night lobby person was very rude and not very helpful. There is valet parking and it's almost $60 a night. We really enjoyed staying and when we come back to New Orleans this will be our top pick of hotels!

The hotel is a block away from the Canal streetcars, and very close to several bus routes. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very easily. Its also far enough away from the busy areas where we weren't bothered by noise all night.

Our trip was going well until we got very loud guests that stayed in the room next door, putting music even at 2am. The hotel took very long to speak to them to turn it down, even though we asked the front desk repeatedly. Very little amenities in the hotel—you have to pay a nonrefundable extra fee (~$70) in addition to what you pay up front through Expedia/booking service, which we felt was unnecessary and did not add in any way to our experience. There’s great security in hotel-you can only get in with a key card. The reception area is very beautiful and very NOLA-esque. Room is a good size, clean. Bathroom is not super great, and the showers clog and it takes very long for the hot water to heat up. Hotel is located close enough to French quarter and all other attractions-we walked almost everywhere since it’s all so close. Plus it’s also right off of public transport-streetcars are in canal street and st Charles Ave are a short walk. Overall, average hotel, conveniently located. If you’re looking for a relaxing, amenity-filled stay, look elsewhere, but if you’re looking for a convenient stay close to all attractions and you’re willing to sacrifice a couple of amenities, this may be a good choice for you.

Recently renovated to a more modern look with some cheaply done touches, which could have been better. The bed was super comfortable, pillows are to die for and the room was very quiet without windows. Well appointed, roomy, decent closet space, coffee bar, mini fridge. BUT the shower, which is so inviting had ZERO HOT WATER. I tried to take a shower just after midnight and there was no hot water even after 15 minutes. Same problem in the morning! Truly disappointing to have to take a cold shower!
