I never leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed with my expectations vs. reality of this place. The main thing is we had VERY large flies in our apartment at the end of every night. My husband killed 5-6 each day. Also, we had a very loud (what sounded like a family of 8) above us and when I say you could hear EVERY noise... I mean it. Every very step, door shut, toilet flush, etc. It sounded like they were in the same space as us; that's how paper thin the walls must be. Honestly they should reserve families to the ground level if the noise interface is going to be that poor. Additionally, being on the ground floor the lighting was awful. If you're looking at pics. and are drawn to how bright and sunny the spaces look: you'll be extremely let down if you're unfortunate to get a ground room like us. It was very dark and dismal. Honestly the only good thing I can say about this place is its' great location and cleanliness (MINUS the flies).

Great spot-5 minute walk to Bourbon street. Apartment was just right for our stay! Was a little street-noisy, but then it is New Orleans! Pool is much smaller than pic and there wasn't enough room for all the sun worshipers. Our room was very nicely updated. Loved having the coffee shop/bar downstairs!!

The apartment was nice and clean and close to all attraction. Just check in time so late at 4pm. And no luggage storage. We have to store our luggage at different places. So inconvenience.

Was a very clean, and stocked with essential items that were needed. Was very close to places of interest of ours during our stay. I will definitely be looking into other property's of sonder in future travel. Thanks for a great vacation stay. Enjoyed bar in downstairs very much.
