This is an aging hotel. The rooms need some updating and are overdue for some deep cleaning. We have stayed here a number of times and intend to continue to do so. We hope the new owners take heed about the need for some room upgrades. Thanks

I chose it for the location and had a parking lot too. Also had FINE food for breakfast and a bar which was convenient and quiet. Definitely a good place to be in the French Quarter but quiet enough to sleep. I've been there many times and some locations are just too loud a night. Not this one.
