We stayed here to go to CA’s Great America and it was good! Everything was clean and the staff was great. Rooms are outdated but we didn’t care since we were just sleeping there.

We usually park at Doubletree near SJC to catch our flight out. It’s very convenient for late arrivals because we’ll reserve a room for the night. The only drawback is to make sure your flight does not arrive after 10-10:30 p.m. because Doubletree’s shuttle service stops at 11:00 p.m. and you’ll be forced to Uber or take a taxi to the hotel.

8/10 Very good

The rooms and property in general are neat, clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. The best on-demand hot water I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The only negative is the room decor is a little dated. Well maintained but showing its age.

8/10 Very good

Best feature was the free airport shuttle. Very convenient and there almost on demand!! The restaurants/food service left a lot to be desired. Few choices. Lackluster service. No room service as an alternative. Expensive!! They actually ran out of food to fulfill several items on their limited menu on a Sunday - with a conference in house. Hard to understand. Just beware and be prepared to fend for yourself.

4/10 Fair

This hotel is nicely situated by the airport - I walked there in 10 minutes. Checkin was fine. They couldn't find my reservation and told me they were sold out - then found it. The room was awful. All the plugs were unplugged so none of the lights worked. The art had been taken from the walls. The flourscent light covers in the bathroom had dead bugs in them and stains on the counter. The shower had good pressure and the linens felt like sandpaper. I was only at this hotel for eight hours so I could live with the non-functioning AC. The sliding glass door was nice but opened to a communal patio so I couldn't open the door for temperature control. It's a good property but really really needs a renovation.

At first look, a beautiful property, nice lobby , multiple restaurants and a gift shop. But it was a different story past the elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor, it was very outdated and seemed like a completely different hotel.

8/10 Very good

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The chicken sandwich and salad were delicious. This was the first time I stayed at an airport hotel and did not hear planes fly over. My suggestion would be to update the rooms. Old, stained carpet was not appealing. The housekeepers would benefit from more training and/or supervision. Little things like dusting bathroom vents and corners were neglected.
