Our stay
It is always hard to know what you are getting into when you book a hotel on line that you have never been to before. Kong Arthur was an awesome surprise. Beautiful location and very comfortable rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Within walking distance to a fun market with restaurants and bars. A bit of a walk to catch hop on hop off at stop # 9, but not bad. I really enjoyed this hotel and we loved Copenhagen!

Terrific Stay at the Hotel Kong Arthur
My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Kong Arthur and had a terrific stay! We had a lovely room on the 5th floor overlooking a courtyard and we loved everything about the hotel except there is no air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm out; our room was downright hot all nights of our stay. Luckily we were able to open the windows and we had a fan. The hotel is located walking distance to Rosenborg Castle and the City Sightseeing Hop on/Hop off bus tour stop, several art museums, shopping, and a number of great restaurants. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the evening “Cozy Hour” is a great way to have a free glass of wine and meet other guests, and the extensive Nordic breakfast is fabulous. One of the best things about staying at the Hotel Kong Arthur is the people who work there and the great attentive service they provide…each guest is treated like they are the only guest!

Loved Copenhagen, loved Hotel Kong Arthur
We arrived during happy hour and very much enjoyed our complimentary drink. The hotel is well maintained and our rooms were clean and comfortable - and one of them had a great view towards the lake. A relatively quiet yet convenient location, we found the staff friendly and helpful.
