Facilities and staff are great !! Clean rooms and warm pool, but food with higher prices than expected. I had stayed at other Camino Real hotels and food prices are not expensive, plus only a sea food restaurant available for dinner every day, no other options, this needs to improve. Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years.

The beach on the bay where the hotel is (Puerto Marques) was really disappointing. The location was too remote and overall it wasn't at all worth the money. When I got back to Acapulco I will stay somewhere else.
