I’ll stay here every trip to london

Amazing stay, this is where I will be staying every time I come back to London. Walk to everything, train station is right there, felt safe walking back from dinner at night, and could stop by as we were out sight seeing all day. Room was beautiful and spacious and the views were amazing.

Great location and Excellent Hotel Stay

This hotel was excellent. Great location for us as we had travelled to London to watch the Phantom Of The opera at His Majesty’s Theatre. To are pleasant surprise, on arrival we had a free upgrade to an Apartment suite. Fantastic treat for us with free mini bar. Evening hotel bar was a good atmosphere and quick service. Breakfast had everything from the usual English breakfast to continental. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was alright. It looks great from the outside, but my room wasn't great. The door to the shower didn't shut properly so you had to keep the water away from the door otherwise the rest of the bathroom would be soaked. Good pillows and the breakfast was good, though.

Great Stay

For the moment of arrival the checkin out, the hotel staff were brilliant. Very welcoming and accommodating as we arrived early (10:30am) - expecting simply to drop our bags off - instead they swapped us to a room that was ready with a better view so we could get settled in. The doorman was class, top guy who set the tone for the stay. Breakfast was also great plenty of choice as you’d expect but we were particularly pleased with the quality of the cooked food- for us it was all cooked as we liked it. The location for us was brilliant as we were going to the Lyceum theatre to watch the lion king and then into town to eat at a local steak house. So everything was super easy to get too as the Embankment tube station is 3/4min walk away.
