Good location, good hotel
Room was very spacious for London, furniture a bit worn but sturdy. Bathroom was very nice, shower and separate bath. Great location, only a few hundred meters from Embankment station. Good selection for breakfast, however we had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat on Sunday and it was chaotic, having to wait for items to be refilled, so would recommend getting to breakfast earlier on the weekends.

What an amazing hotel. Great size room with an excellent view of the river and the London Eye. Staff were friendly and attentive and the room was very clean. All the facilities you could need for a stay and a well-stocked mini bar as well as tea and coffee facilities. Will stay again!

Excellent hotel
The hotel is very cool and has a lot of heritage. Service was excellent right from the start. There was an issue with the shower at first, so we got moved to another room. The rooms are beautiful and had complimentary snacks and drinks. It was an excellent location and we got a view of the front yard and London Eye.

Amazing location
The hotel was amazing the location was in the city Center super convenient to site see and near many train stations. We had a room with a wonderful view of the eye, but for safety reason the window cannot open all the way. But again waking up with the view, we never closed our shades.
