Great location in heart of old Savannah. Ground floor room appreciated when no lift. Good air conditioner and ample space in room.

Perfect location for a great price!
Provided exactly what we wanted for a quick stop in Charleston. So close to everything! Great staff!

Good 6.0
Great location, cheapest option downtown
Nice and helpful service, but the room is outdated and the sink drain was broken. The cheapest option for the amazing location, everything else was at least $50 more. Would stay again just for the incredible location.

Gross!
Dirty dirty dirty! Dead cockroach by the lamp. Hair still in the bathtub and in the corners of the floor. Mold and mildew in the shower and a ring around the sink. Bedding with small stains.

Fair 4.0
The worst.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location, which is why I picked it to begin with. Bathroom was dirty with cracked tub and hole in the wall. Room was dirty. Dust everywhere, like the room had not been used in some time, and the carpet was just awful. My feet were black from one night of walking on it. The room had a funky smell to it which I never got over and the air conditioner was incredibly loud and shook the window and door when it turned on and off, startling us each time it did it. The beds were the worst I've ever had in a hotel before. Rock hard and so uncomfortable. :( I do not believe I will stay at this hotel ever again but at least the location was good for us.

Poor 2.0
Worst place I have ever stayed in
Motel smelled terrible ; sheets were filthy / stained and had not been washed ; carpet floor was disgusting and felt damp ; didn’t have a single trash bin or bag for my 5 day stay; motel employee banged on my door then just proceeded to unlock my room and attempt to walk in! Worst place I have ever stayed ! Would never stay in a run down place like this again - I’ve learned my lesson !

It is well located but cleaning has to be improved. Our room smell a lot. Also it was not clear on the reservation that we had to pay for parking.

Perfect budget hotel
Great location and rooms were fine but a little run down. I wasnt expecting perfect so it was fine for an economy hotel. Location was great. Parking was $20 per night which should be noted in hotel details.

It's a Days Inn... right in the heart of town
So I'm rating this as I would rate any hotel in this class. This was during COVID, so we were a little weary but we had to make the trip. It was actually, we thought, a good thing that when we arrived at 2, there were no rooms ready. To me that says that housekeeping is taking longer to clean rooms. Nevertheless, we had brought an arsenal of Clorox wipes with us and after we had our room secured at 4pm (plenty of things to do between time - park your car and go for a walk in town), we went to work wiping *everything* down. And I will tell you that our wipes came away pretty clean. So the surfaces are getting pretty clean. The check-in staff was friendly. About the only issues we had were our neighbors being loud and (we think) smoking pot, and the noise. It IS a courtyard and it IS on Meeting street which means there will be noise. But it mainly came from people sitting in their cars with their stereos blasting, or driving up and down meeting gunning engines (rudeness). Not a lot the hotel could do. And it IS an older hotel. I will say that once things get better after COVID, some money needs to be spent on upkeep... Ceilings peeling, lamps that need to be replaced. And the plumbing... well... that's partly downtown Charleston, and partly age. However, if you want a nice price within walking distance of everything and you don't need the bells and whistles, nothing wrong here.
