Room was clean and new The game room was helpful to keep a toddler entertained during a storm but 1-2 of the games didn’t work The pool was big but it was very run down. Rusting and chipping along the bottom and sides. The water features had mold on them. I’m not sure if they’re still doing Reno on all that but it needs it badly. Close to Disney springs- about 6 min drive which is great. Some chain restaurants nearby which is decent enough.

Last year, we stayed at this resort during its construction phase, which unfortunately resulted in a subpar experience. However, this year, the improvements have been completed, and the resort has transformed into a much better place to stay. The rooms were spotless and in pristine condition, and the lobby and pool area were equally clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning next year!

We loved that little kids were not running around screaming and splashing water all over us…this was so refreshing. My son and I travel often to Orlando and we are creatures of habit ans normally stay at one of two hotels when we go. However, this visit we decided to book at this location and we are soooo happy we did. The two pools, water slide, hot tube and fire pit (wall) won us over immediately. All of the staff were kind and always asking if we needed anything. Another perk is that although we were advised that housekeeping would come every other day (which is awesome), they actually stopped by daily, can't be mad about that 😉 We also enjoyed the breakfast bar/buffet. I would recommend adding breakfast to your reservation rather than paying daily. You get a better rate. We paid the additional $42 for daily breakfasts with our reservation (3 days for 2 guests) and it waa worth it. The breakfast cost, if paid separate from reservation will run you about $50 for 1 breakfast for 2 guests. Now that is out the way, let's talk about food choices for breakfast because everyone will be able to find something regardless of dietary restrictions and/or preferences. The highlight for me was the omelet station. We would definitely book with Sheraton again.

This was our second year staying at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort, and once again, it did not disappoint! We absolutely loved our stay last year, which is why we chose to come back, and we’re so glad we did. One of the biggest highlights this year was seeing the renovations and updates that have been made since our last visit. The improvements really enhanced the overall experience and made an already great resort even better. The location is fantastic—close to everything we want to do in the Orlando area, especially the theme parks. The staff has always been friendly, the property is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing after a long day of activities. At this point, the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort has become our go-to hotel whenever we visit Orlando. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such a great experience year after year, but this resort does exactly that. We loved it last year, we loved it this year, and we look forward to coming back again!

I was pleasantly surprised but this resort style hotel. The grill and bar at the pool was perfect and the rooms and areas were clean. They had another restaurant also which I didn’t eat at but probably should have. They had a marketplace within the hotel which was perfect for snacks and drinks. The pool was super clean and the room itself was mostly updated and really nice. The ONLY negative I have is that the AC was soooooo loud and clanky which to be honest was a really annoying. The TV also needed a guide of some sort to see channels. You never knew what you were watching and not much of a selection. Would I stay here again….absolutely! Great time :)
