We had such an amazing time here! It was great for someone to help us into the unit and to answer any questions we had. Very central to all attractions. I loved the mini fridge and the 2 air conditioners to keep us comfortable. The washer machine was perfect to wash our clothes half way through our travels. And the bed was super comfy which was much needed! Very clean place. Thankyou again. We will be sure be back if we are in Florence again

Great place, but air condition needs to be better. Otherwise 5 stars. There is a wall heater that stays on giving off heat which was crazy because it was 35 degrees outside and it was countering the AC. Oh and checkout should be at least 11am instead of 10am.

Appartement avec emplacement idéal.

Appartement fonctionnel et dans un beau bâtiment. Il est surtout sur un emplacement central : a moins de 200m du Ponte Vecchio, ou du Palazzo Vecchio ou du Musée des Offices (uffizi). 3 restaurants dans la rue sans que cela soit une rue très passante.

We arrived to a fourth floor apartment with a broken air conditioner during a heat wave in Italy. They moved us to a new apartment, but were very rude during the transition. I was moved to a cheaper apartment, but have not heard back about my refund for the difference in price. Pretty sure I won't be getting one, however the AC was amazing and the location was good!
