The place is very well situated. The staff was extremely welcoming and gave us good informations for visit, food and all. Insonorisation is not good we hear everything around us. I would have appreciated a small coffee machine instead of instant coffee with a cattle. Would make a big difference. I recommend this hotel in all. Would come back

Had a great stay here! The hotel is barebones but the location is amazing. Everything is a 10 minute walk away. The AC was perfect and the staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. Loved our stay here! The location is amazing, walking distance to EVERYTHING. The staff is so incredible, helped us get our very heavy luggage up the stairs, provided a map and spent time with us marking out all the best places to go nearby. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and it seemed to be recently remodeled. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to leave our luggages. The room is about a 10 minute walk to the duomo. The area is quiet and still has a lot of restaurants/shopping around.

Highly recommend. Very central location, very nice staff, and rooms are very modern and well maintained. If they had a laundry service it would have made it perfect. Note that there is a flight of stairs that you need to climb to get to the front desk and rooms, so if that is a problem you may want to consider something else. Otherwise don't you don't need to look further.

Hotel reception was extremely helpful carrying my luggage up and down the stairs and directing me around the city. They were also very good to reply to emails. The room was quite small but all I needed. An extra blanket in the room is the only thing I would suggest for improvement. Thank you so much for providing me a safe and comfortable place to stay.
