I had some issues with Hotel.com that almost caused me to lose my reservations, and I did not know this until I was checking in. But the staff went above and beyond, even though it required a room change after we had already moved it, we were accommodated! The hotel is in the middle of a big make-over, so while I couldn't rate them high on the overall "state of the hotel", there was a good reason for it, and we were fortunate to stay in one of the updated rooms! The place is going to be amazing when completed! But overall, it is the staff would get all my biggest cheers! They are AMAZING! Thank you!

Amazing location for local restaurants, activities and not too far from the parks (Universal in walking distance). The room was recently renovated. Very nice. Shower was wonderful. Beds comfortable & linens. Issue was with bugs. They were everywhere. Especially on the second day of our stay. Most were very small and moved fast. They got on your person and defiantly do not leave food out. I also killed a couple medium roaches. AC very noisy.
