The property was beautiful and the food was delicious. The only issue we had was that the fan in our room was broken. Maintenance came out twice to try to fix it before we were eventually moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the maintenance staff wasn’t very friendly, and the front desk girl wasn’t either. However, the gentleman who helped us when we switched rooms was very nice and we appreciated his help.

We really loved everything about the hotel - the market store in the lobby was super handy for snacks and breakfast bits when you're not in the mood for the full hotel breakfast. The pool area was well equipped and not crowded - and the heated pool was perfect for winter temperatures! The extra activities put on during the festive period were great - films, santa, santa letters etc - all nice touches. The staff were all friendly and helpful - can't fault anyone - we had a great time and will definitely visit again!
