Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. After 20+ hrs of traveling, we arrived well before check-in. Nevertheless they helped us get into our room early and I can’t tell you how thankful I am for that. The room itself was compact but the bed was large and luxurious. Paired with a soaking tub, it was exactly what we needed. The location next to Circular Quay is exceptional, If you come on a weekend, don’t miss the pop-up market at the Rocks. The food and craft goods were top notch. Stop by Grana nearby for fresh pasta.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located close to the Opera House, Sydney Harbour, and The Rocks. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to Circular Quay and the light rail stations. I especially love the window bench, where I can sit in the morning and watch the sunrise over the Opera House. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back next time!

It was nice size room. I liked that it had shades and then black out blinds which helped me to sleep a lot better. The bed was big for one person but that allowed me to move around a lot since I am a wild sleeper. It was very quiet which is important to me as a traveler. I do not want to hear anything in the next room and I did not. I used the gym multiple times and liked it. I really enjoyed the water dispenser which had various types of flavored waters. That was real cool. The location was in The Rocks area which meant that there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
