It is impossible to receive a VAT invoice for this trip. I asked at hotel who said it should be sent from Hotels.com. I am still waiting and of course you cannot speak to anyone. The Virtual Agent is rubbish. We stayed for 2 nights on business. Very pleasant hotel.

Good location near two tube stations. Many places to eat just down the road and also near a couple of grocery/market type stores. The room was quite small but everything overall was nice and clean. The shower could have been a tad cleaner but definitely wasn't bad. If you're looking for a quieter neighborhood, go with this hotel.

I never write bad reviews- but have to for this Hilton. I’ve been a Hilton member for years. At check-in the desk staff obviously didn’t know the room layout and gave me the key to the twin room. As the owner of my own company, I booked and paid for two adjoining rooms for my work trip. The desk help gave the queen room to my employee without telling us which key was to which room. This was a horrible mistake on her part. She obviously had no clue as to the room layout or even to say, “Theses are two adjoining rooms: a queen and two twins. Who wants which room?” I was brought to the shoebox of a twin room, unaware that my manager, who works for me and did not pay for the trip, had the larger room. The “cozy” shoebox of a room had a round table and chair against the window, which had me either opening the adjoining door or blocking the doors to the wardrobe. There was no space to open the luggage rack so my suitcase went on the second twin bed. The beds were hard. I had booked a feather-free room and there were feather pillows and blankets in both rooms upon our arrival. The bar staff acted as if we were doing them a favor eating and drinking there. The breakfast buffet was less than par, there were no serving utensils for any of the pastries and only bowls at that station. My staff and I stayed 3 nights and the room coffee wasn’t refilled with all 4 coffee options. The front desk often just had only one staff member with no concierge on duty. I won’t return.
