Pésima atención y una Farza su publicación!
El peor hotel que halla reservado,
1 la recepcionista no tenía ni idea de las reservaciones por internet, además se excusó de que es el internet y que siempre pasa eso, ósea espero como 40 minutos.
2 el gerente del hotel me dijo que los precios que se da por internet no son reales y que no valen, me dio su nueva tarifa de precios muchos más elevados que los que ofrecen.
3 además que La página hoteles.com no tiene su autorización de realizar ofertas con ese hotel.
4 la atención fue pésima desde que llegamos y nunca nos dieron una solución, solo perdimos el tiempo y deja mucho que desear a hoteles.com sobre los hoteles que publica
5 la peor experiencia que e vivido y estaba con mi hijita de 08 meses de edad
