As reported to your staff, I swallowed a mouthful of water from the jug in the fridge and almost vomited immediately after. This condition remained for several hours. It seems that the water in the jug had been in the fridge for some time as it was almost completely frozen. We left the ice in the wash basin. Otherwise, we appreciated the generous room allocated to us and the friendly service. This feed back is given in the spirit of allowing you to improve already excellent service.

Great stay in Casino, down to the river.
Excellent stay. I stayed two nights and the second time I came (having checked out but my travel plans changed) I was upgraded to a superb suite. Restaurant is closed due to refurbishment after the floods earlier in the year, but no reason not to stay here as there’s plenty of food in Casino. Great stay and I’m sure I’ll be back.
