Good location, close to Hell's Kitchen, TS, and other midtown neighborhoods while tucked away from the hustle bustle. Easy walk to TS subway and a $10-12 cab ride to Penn Station. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in are amazing!

The rooms are so close to each other meaning you could hear other ppl come in and out. the elevators were also nearby hearing the sounds as it reaches our floor. also the lighting could be better in the rooms. having only 2 bed lights and 2 desk light isn’t enough. service was okay, nothing extravagant. we did ask for utensils to the front desk and they said we would have to come down to get it or contact room service. they could’ve redirected us to room service.
