Stayed in the older section, was dated, restaurant and bar were close for the season, did not state that when making the reservation. We were able to walk to town and back from the location.

Awesome experience!
The Ptown has consistently been a great experience. My husband and I average 2-3 stays a year. Never disappointed. Love the water views, private beach, food/cocktail service at the pool, easy walk to town, restaurants, free parking, etc. I only wish they stayed open later in the autumn....used to be open until New Years.

Good place to stay for experience of town & nature
Nice and relatively inexpensive (for late August) hotel room. Busy and enjoyable swimming pool. Not sure our room was cleaned even once during our entire four-night stay. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to nature, dunes and beaches is a definite plus.

Fantastic location. No free bicycles (mentioned in reasons for resort charges) and pool closed in October. Hire of bikes/scooters available but not cheap. Rooms tired but spacious and with great views. Paid for reasonable buffet breakfast. Good service in bar/restaurant.

Old Town Charm
The Inn itself is very charming and you can see within the Inn all of the local history that's gone on here. Having said that, the hotel itself is crying for an upgrade on almost everything you see here. I appreciate the fact that they want to keep it looking the way it has for years but I'm sorry it's time to freshen up a little bit. The towels here are awful and bathrooms are tiny. The best i can say about Provincetown Inn that it has amazing views of Cape Cod and the town.

This is an older hotel with good amenities and historical significance. Its real value is its proximity to the national seashore and town. Those are both amazing!

The room I stayed in looked nothing like any of the photos on the hotel website. It was extremely crammed and was even hard opening our suitcase and having enough room to move around. The shower was dirty and house keeping only came once and swapped out towels. I was disappointed that our overall experience was nothing like described on the website.

Older building and it showed in my room. The bathroom window hinge was broken and couldn’t be opened. The room was clean and otherwise great. The views were spectacular!

I’ve been staying at the Provincetown Inn for several years and this was my first year there with the new owners. And I was happily relieved that they have maintained and respect the gorgeous murals, which really are so beautiful and historic . They should always remain. I can’t wait for my next visit to the Provincetown Inn. And front desk manager Roxanne is terrific and so is night auditor Nicolas.

Excellent rexturant for dinner. Rooms are very basic. We were " upgraded" but cant imagine what the upgrade was as the room was pretty minimalistic. Parking was easy and you have easy access to everything on the tip of Cape Cod and Provincetown.
