Too old for the reputation. The staff is not friendly, and the breakfast menu is not great. The room is not comfortable and warm. But the price is too high, including the city tax. Study how other hotels in the neighborhood operate. It's not very cost-effective. I'm even more angry because I stayed for five nights. I wanted to pay this price and get more friendly service. What a disappointing place.

Best hotel we could have stayed at!
If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Perfect location (although 40 mins from the christmas markets, it was next door to the train station and 10 min walk to the Reichstag Building) Friendly and helpful staff Checked us in 2 hours early free of charge Amazing large bed and pillows Fantastic hot and powerful shower Large and warm comfortable rooms Quiet and soundproofed Super modern and high quality

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel in a great location. Beautiful clean, comfortable room, really helpful staff. Lovely bar for a nice cocktail. Fantastic breakfast with great selection. Quietest room I’ve ever stayed in.

Best Hotel in Berlin!
The best place to stay in Berlin. Right next to the Hauptbahnhof so plane to hotel in less than an hour. In walking distance of all the sights and lots to see and do around the hotel. Incredible spa, free of charge. I could not recommend it more highly.

Great location
I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right opposite the central station, making it incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Love this place!
We love this hotel chain. This is the second time we have stayed with them and had a fabulous night with room service and an extremely comfortable bed. We slept for 12 hours and we needed it! Traveling gets tiresome and one needs pampering. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! Thank you and we will stay with you again.

Clean and Convenient
Located next to the Berlin HBF so it’s very convenient for train travel. The hotel is used for lots of conferences/business people. We borrowed an umbrella for a rainy day walk. Across the street is Food Factory for drinks and a casual meal. The Reichstag is a 15 minute walk and Uber provided a way to get across town if you don’t want to take the efficient public transport.

Perfectly located near the train station. The Hop On Hop Off Bus also has a stop right outside the Hotel, which we used a lot, to get around town. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.
