Bad experience with my stay at the Marriott.
I had to change dates for my two days trip, so I called Hotels.com helpline and it went swell. They helped me out with my trip. I had to check in a day earlier and leave also a day before. At the front desk from the Marriott they agreed to give the best available rate for the first night and that the rate for the second night wouldn’t suffer any change (it was $219 US dollars plus taxes). When I got the bill they charged me over $250 dollar before taxes for EACH NIGHT. I am very disappointed, because we as guests are helpless against the hotels and their resolutions.

Disappointed! Noise and bad problem handling
I stayed here in the past multiple times. Hotel is convenient for overnight layover or transferring from bus to plane and v.v. Unfortunately there was music playing all night, which even vibrated the vents, keeping us awake all night. The music started around midnight and ended around 7 AM. The main problem is that hotel is aware of these noise problems in this part of the hotel as they clearly mentioned in their response on my complaint. Even though the hotel was not fully booked, they still decide to use these rooms. Rooms affected are 447 and 448, as we also heard our neighbors complaining. I think all rooms starting with 44 will be having the same issues. I will not be coming back, because of the poor handling of the issue by management.
