Poor customer service more on the management side
I’m very upset about our Christmas holiday. Stay here I booked my reservations on Hotels.com in advanced just to get there and they tell me the room I booked is not available on top of that all the amenities that was in the room that I booked was not available in the room that they were given us. Which was very frustrating to me because the food that I bought we needed a full stove/oven not a microwave so basically some of my items went to waste on top of out of our whole six days of staying there I requested for a manager who I still never spoke with very unacceptable was really bothering to me because I had to stay in a room for three days that we did not book also without the king bed for more space then when they did move us because I went back to request for a move for the third time we get to the room, no sheets, no washcloth and towels at this point I was just ready to go home and was just very pissed off at this point and you offer me nothing. Honestly speaking it’s not about you all giving me anything. It’s about the accommodation because the mistake that was made from jump.
