Nice but can use some improvements.
The hotel itself is lovely, but I was disappointed with the service. When we checked in, we asked about an upgrade, but when we saw the price, we thought it was too expensive and decided against it. However, the staff member then went on to highlight the downsides of our standard room, such as its small size, which made us feel negative about our choice. Later, at the pool, I had to approach the servers each time I wanted a drink, refill, or to order food. Additionally, the lifeguards were frequently leaving their designated posts, which made me feel uneasy, especially with my daughter in the water. Another reason I chose this hotel was for the kids' playroom, but it was closed for construction. This should have been mentioned when booking, as it was a key factor in my decision.

Overall, it was one of the decent places that was well-maintained in some aspects of Cartagena. The lobby area is pretty modern but get into your room. The bathroom needs more cleaning. It’s very moldy decent cleaning if you were an American or European this is not a high-class standard. These are basic standards for the Cartagena people. Some parts of the pools were dirty and needed better cleaning and maintenance. I suggested Hilton in Cartagena to maintain the rooms. Needs to improve cleaning a bit more and less moldy and dirt in the bathroom. Hilton Cartagena doesn’t want to end up like Sonesta's Hotel in Cartagena. Please, maintain cleansing by using some Clorox to clean the bathroom with molds. Also, beach benches needs to be cleaned a little bit more. It was dirty and they just gave you a raggedy and old towel for swimming.
