The property is pretty old. No lift to the second floor. The main good thing is that it’s just next to the beach. The restaurant is average. Very clean room. Unfortunately the exhaust fan to the toilet needs attention. Too noisy. Perhaps of ageing. Very nice clean pool. To watch the sunset.

Great pool (best part of hotel), right by beach (we went boogie boarding), clean, safe, and kind staff. Breakfast was okay. The entire beach up and down the coast was littered with trash (not hotel's fault but unpleasant). There was construction nearby (seems to be everywhere in Semniyak). Room clean but a little tired and smelled a bit moldy (although didn't see any). It was fine but wouldn't stay again or in Semniyak.
