Trendy hotel in an excellent location! Visited Copenhagen with a friend for the weekend and our trip was made even better by staying in such a great hotel! Excellent recommendations from reception for places to eat, cafes for coffee and pastry and all the other delights Copenhagen has to offer!

Good but...
I'd stay here again it was my first trip after visiting this place a few times for drinks. It's quite funky and kitchy but well appointed in terms of function and service in the rooms. The bar is fantastic. Great places to sit read and meet people places to hang out and eat. Awesome area. The room is a bit uncomfortable in terms of climate it was hard to adjust it was always cold. My main complaint is the one I arrived in the room it looked like it had been made up everywhere except someone had been on the bed and eating something with their feet up while watching TV so I had to ask I was keeping to make the bed all over again because I wasn't sleeping in a bed which was suspect. I called up and hang in hotels this place is the same with respect to trying to cast something to your television it's useless. Forget about it. Watching television in a hotel in Copenhagen you might as well be somewhere deep in the congo with three stations. And recommend you stay here if you find a good deal during that time of the month

Good location and design was interesting however rooms are setup in a strange way with the sink in the main room (which had a strange smell). Service from the staff generally felt quite underwhelming and seemed to be either dealing with complaints or nothing hugely bothered. I think we only got one good morning the whole time we were there. Didn't feel very personal at all and felt almost like a hostel (the only saving grace was the friendly bar man with a beard who was helpful and greeted us with a smile). The basic things I would expect for a hotel like this (excluding the mini bar) like a kettle for the room or slippers were absent. The lobby felt a little like a co working space with people on laptops everywhere (they may of been guests) but during the day did feel like an office. The beds were comfortable and rooms generally quiet but we paid extra for a terrace (which we thought would be private before) but turned out to be an overgrown patio on a communal courtyard. In short marketing for the hotel supersedes the product at this stage. I'm sure you could probably find other hotels in the city with better service.

This was the cutest most unusual and fun hotel we have ever visited. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the lobby bar, library and music room were so relaxing and beautiful. The staff was super efficient and knowledgeable. The Neni restaurant was absolutely perfect. Dinner was quite unexpectedly amazing and breakfast was delicious. No problems relaxing with my coffee for hours!

Lovely hotel central to all places of interest. Being an old university building the hotel as used this as a theme throughout. Very retro and quirky too. So much choice for breakfast and service overall was excellent.

Where do I begin? I informed the hotel know that I would be arriving at 7:30 am. Check-in is at 3:00 so I had no expectations. However my room was ready when I arrived. What a great way to begin my vacation. It was well designed and beautiful. And 126 was quiet and had a good view. If you have preferences, by all means state them. As for location, it was superb; couldn’t be better: 7 minutes from the metro and walking distance to many museums and sites. Although I didn’t care for their affiliated restaurant, there were so many choices in the neighborhood that it didn’t pose a problem. Normally I say that the hotel isn’t that important but in this case it made the trip!

We enjoyed our room with the outdoor patio and location. Did not receive the VIP wine and asked for an upgrade but was told that our room was nicer. The hotel chain will plant a tree if you choose not to have housekeeping in your room.
