Ruined a good vacation.
Negative: Staff was not friendly and they tried to oversell me on a room that they were already supposed to give me. When I declined paying they put me in a room which smelled very bad. My family had trouble breathing and got sick because of the smell. The staff came and sprayed chemicals in the room to remove the smell. The smell didn't go away and we ended up getting sick. The shower was also broken and the maintainance guys came to fix it wasting my time and left the bathroom dirty. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and helped with getting a better room and I spent the rest of the days there. Positive: The welcome was nice even tho the receptionist ruined it after but the hotel overall looks very nice. I just wished the Staff was nicer and the management taking care of the hotel looks at everything closely because you can see lots of corner cuts in the maintanince of the hotel.

Great hotel, very clean with good food and drink options. Overall staff are helpful but we have had better service elsewhere. The hotel has many positives but location wise if you’re traveling with a packed itinerary you will have a lot of travelling as we did. Amazing hotel. From arrival to departure, the service was amazing. All the staff on site are incredibly friendly and helpful. On arrival I was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious and clean, the cleaning staff would come around every morning and clean the room to a very high standard. The dining options were very impressive and the quality of the food was amazing. I can honestly say there was nothing that I tried that I didn't like. All the facilities around the resort have been very well maintained. The whole experience was very impressive. I would definitely visit this place again. I would also like to give a special mention to staff members Maulya from the palm kitchen restaurant who provided exceptional service every time we were at the restaurant. Umesh, who made sure our room as serviced to the highest standard every morning. Hardeep who would greet us each morning, help with bags etc and make sure we didn't leave anything behind in the taxi. Thanks to everyone who made our stay very memorable.
