My stay was ok. It would have been better if the front desk cared at all about helping me with the malfunctioning TV. I called the front desk 3 times to get help with the television and no one helped me.

House keeping staff were good but when we booked in we were places in a very small room with no tea and coffee etc we were staying 4 nights and booked in July so we were disappointed that we would have to pay £65 extra a night just to get what we booked for Toilet blocked a few times And staff looked tired and fed up I get it they don’t want to be there but we’ve done 30 Christmas working in the nhs

Horrible rooms very dirty! No shampoo conditioner empty bottles Reception never answer. If you are thinking to go here for a staycation with your kids and partner definitely would not recommend!

Excellent Location, terrible room!
The room was in terrible condition. There was a hole in the wall, the shower drain was very rusty and the wall near one of the vents was crinkled. The location was excellent! Tower Hill Station nearby. The Tower Bridge is steps away! Buffet breakfast was great!
