I had to make a last-minute reservation due to a family medical emergency. I was not able to arrive until 1:30 in the morning. When I arrived to check in the clerk on duty was first put out that I arrived and second, she cancelled my reservation since I had not arrived yet. I was floored because this has never happened before at multiple different hotels that I have stayed at. I reserved a room and expected one when I arrived. What a horrible policy and even worse the attitude from the clerk that I would arrive so late. Never staying there again.

The hotel is clean, offers a great complimentary breakfast with different hot options everyday, a nice gym and pool and outdoor spaces that include a basketball court, the staff is warm and friendly
