Late check out mishap
My stay was fine. I called in a week prior to ask for a late check out. They gave me an extra hour. Check out time was 11am. So, late check out was 12pm. I started getting knocks on my door at 1015am for housekeeping. Finally at 11 I told housekeeping i had late check out. Apparently this was not communicated to the staff.

The location of this property was convenient for us but the walls in this hotel must be made of paper. We could hear snoring at night and it wasn't coming from inside our room. Our room was directly across from the hotel laundry. At 6:30 or so each morning, the noise would start. The employees all seemed to be enjoying their work but at the expense of my sleep. I don't understand why there is a guest room directly across from the laundry, But in knowing that there is, I would expect the hotel employees to be more courteous. I don't want to be awake at 6:30 on a Saturday morning if I don't have to be. We asked the front desk to mention it to the staff - Sunday was no better. Overall, very disappointed in the lack of sleep I was able to get. Isn't that why you get a hotel room in the first place?
