Great location for Centre Bell
Hotel is super convenient. Easy parking right at the hotel. There is a restaurant attached which is ok. We were upgraded and our room was huge! Really the only negative is that the room was cold. Thankfully we were only there one night so wasn’t a huge deal.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Bed was comfortable, fairly quiet, great lotion and pillows. Only complaint is that the room service did not bring service to the room, as we had to pick up our food, but the restaurant clerk was friendly and let us borrow plates.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location
Great location. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small and had a sliding barn door that did not close properly. Easy walking distance to the Bell Centre, restaurants and shopping. Overall a good stay.
