Check in was awful. The front desk staff weren’t of any help. I booked a stay through Hotels. com but for some unknown reasons, the front desk could not locate the booking. I showed them the booking confirmation email with the itinerary number showing my check in and check out date. I was trying to reach Hotels. com to resolve the issue but to no avail, I asked the staff if there is any way they could make contact with Hotel.com since they are partners, she flatly refused insisting that was not part of their job. Eventually, another member of staff came in , I explained to him what was going on and he gave similar response as the first staff. However, after almost 40 minutes of trying to reach Hotel. com with no success, he finally called us over and told us that he found the booking. Not going back there, ever again.
