Would not recommend
I would never go back! -Check in was supposed to be 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until after 4 pm. Not a big deal except you don’t get access to the restaurants/ bars or wifi until you have a room number. After a long day of travel, this was irritating. -There aren’t enough loungers pool side for all hotel guests so you have to rush out in the morning to claim your spot. -The beach has eroded away. It’s roped off and you can’t get to the water. -Tons of restaurants on property, but they don’t mention that most of them are buffets. Other restaurants require a “higher level all-inclusive bracelet”…which was never explained or given the option to buy -Food was not good. Most restaurants and buffets had the same options/ menu across the property. Ended up getting sick from the food. By and large, this seemed like a place where local Mexican teenagers go for Spring Break. That was the majority of the crowd. Which meant loud music playing until about 10:30 pm, and loud crowds until 2 am. One of the only positives: The staff were friendly and helpful. Most staff members spoke English. We go to Mexico every winter. We have stayed at plenty of resorts and this was by far the worst. Would caution you to steer clear!

Outdated and mismanagement! I stayed here with my fiancé and family. Our room had mold! And the sheets were not clean! We requested a room change only to encounter the same issue again! Food options are very poor. Not many choices & all dishes are super tiny! I ordered 3 plates of vegetable rice to equal 1 portion. Food does not have a strong flavor either. I would not recommend this property.

The food was terrible. Half the restaurants you had to pay extra to eat at. The AC and mini fridge was broke in the room. You had to bed to have your fridge restocked. You had to bed for your room to be cleaned, or new towels and even toilet paper. Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at.

Some of the staff were rude, room didn’t have any amenities, water leaked from balcony door area wasn’t cleaned up, moldy shower mats, no towels or rags in the bathroom, asked room service to fix but took me going to reception after 5hrs of no remedy for them to change our rooms. Plumbing in new room was horrible, water leaking from faucet handles, tub and sink was clogged and all inclusive is very misleading. I would never return to that place and would like to find a way to get my money back.
