Pues, el servicio al cliente no me agradó, llame antes de llegar e hice varias preguntas previas; entre ellas si había que pagar depósito por la habitación, me atendió una persona de habla hispana y me dijo que retendrían $50 dólares , Cdo llegué al hotel me retuvieron $100 hay empezamos, pregunté y me dijeron que eran 100 y no 50. Hay empieza el mal servicio, luego al hacer el checkin pedí un recibo del depósito pagado no me lo dieron, porque me lo darían al check out, en el check out tampoco estaba disponible, muy mal, creo que como cliente tengo derecho a mi recibo. Por otro lado nadie hablaba español, más sin embargo Cdo llame me atendió una persona que hablaba español. El horario del desayuno es muy limitado y poco variado.muy poco esmero en el personal del front desk y poco amables, las chicas del desayuno se esmeran y son cordiales,

Good hotel, but small with downsides.
The hotel itself is nice. We stayed in a single queen room. The room was about 200 sq feet. No mini fridge. The hotel was clean, the staff was very professional. The actual street it was on had so many children and their parents just sitting on the street. Children riding bikes EVERYWHERE. There was probably about 50 people just loitering outside, trying to sell things. Like I said the hotel is good, but the location is not great.

Great downtown stay
This was a back up (emergency) hotel as our original hotel was not up to standards. This place was great! It was close everything in Chicago, breakfast was delicious, the bed was soft and comfortable. And other small things were fantastic
