Room wasn’t nice, carpet was not in good condition, walls and doors were dirty. Tv was not working properly. The hotel was 100% smoke free, our floor smelled like smoke the entire time. Ourselves and a few other guests complained to the front desk.

My stay wasn’t comfortable at all, the water pressure was horrible and they had a water issue because the water wasn’t hot when I needed to shower. The morning shift at front desk would be falling asleep on the job, and when I made her aware of the water she would be falling asleep as I’m speaking to her. The conditions of the hotel are ran down. The food is decent. The deposit that has been held is taking a long time to return to my credit card, I will not be returning at all. The only good thing was the night crew who had great customer service

La Quinta should be ashamed of this property.
This place was disgusting. See attached pictures they speak for themselves. The first room we checked into smelled so bad it was like a slap in the face. I don’t know how to describe it. Maybe like a men’s locker room but it seemed like they tried to cover the smell with a fragrant spray or something. We were in that room for less than 1 minute before requesting a new room. We switched rooms and the staff was very accommodating about it. The new room (529) had no hot water or water pressure. Read the other reviews. Everyone had similar experiences .The bath tub had less flow than a normal sink on the hot side. I would guess about a 1/2 gallon per minute. The shower was the same. Everyone in my family got cold showers at different times of the day. The noise in the room was so loud it was like the window was open. We were facing the highway and it sounded like motorists were going to drive into the room. No one got any sleep and we had a box fan going next our bed for white noise and it still wasn’t enough to drown out the highway. The window was covered in condensation on the inside of the room in the morning because it wont seal closed. I am a contractor I know these things. See picture. The decibel reading with the window closed was almost the same as with it open. The beds were like sleeping in potholes. The lack of maintenance in this bldg is unbelievable. Would not recommend. I have no idea why there rating is so high. The toilet was elongated with a standard seat.
