"First of all the staff was awesome, very accommodating. Hotel was a bit aged and pool had not been reopened from Helene but visit was in November, and who uses a pool in Tennessee in November? Breakfast was fresh and tasty, had enough for me, and I LIKE breakfast. I will be going back!"

"Breakfast was only a choice of waffles, or biscuits n gravy. There was also cereal or toast available. It was not very good tasting. Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check...

" During our visit in Johnson City my wife had an accident that caused a broken arm.while we were out and about. We were staying on the 2nd floor. The desk clerk Andrea Crum, saw my wife,s condition and moved us to a handicap room on the 1st floor and went all out to ensure we had everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Ms Crum is a true example of customer service"
