"Clean large room with terrace with a great seaview love come back here in the summer for walks and bike riding. Lovely area not been here for over 40 years since I left the Netherlands. Highly recommend this hotel for a longer stay, originally only booked for one night with booked another night straight away. Amazing for water sports. "Something different. Stayed in a so called Pipo wagon which was really nicely done and very comfortable. A bottle of red wine was waiting upon arrival and freshly baked bread rolls in the morning. A lovely experience. "

"This Hotel is very quaint, the staff are excellent and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was very filling and the variety was good. The Hotel is a heritage listed property. "

"Sehr schöne Anlage, direkt am Wasser. Häuser sehen alle gut aus. Aber leider waren die Matratzenschoner dreckig (Haare) und es gab noch andere Sachen, die negativ aufgefallen sind. Zudem ist der Preis trotz Nebensaison sehr hoch, für das was man bekommt. Check-Out ist um 10.00 Uhr, obwohl man selber putzen und aufräumen muss."

"I enjoyed my stay very much, the staff of the hotel made my stay very enjoyable. Easy to communicate and super friendly! Only thing that was tough was the hotel did not offer any face towels, or wash rags. They only had a a bath towel and what I assumed was a floor mat towel. But outside of that the stay was perfect! Would definitely stay in this hotel again "

"Wonderful hotel, friendly service, good food, all in the middle of Leeuwarden. We stayed in room #1, which had a view of a canal. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. The coffee maker and hot water kettle were much appreciated. Very spacious bathroom. All in all a wonderful stay and good value for the money. "
